For the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all patrons, staff and participants, the following conditions of entry apply to all at Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre.<\/strong><\/p>

Patrons who fail to comply with any of these Conditions of Entry may result in refusal of entry to, or eviction from the premises without refund and any potential membership suspended or cancelled.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  1. An acceptable standard of behaviour is always expected of patrons. General Behaviour that puts users and staff at risk is not permitted. Foul, abusive, or offensive language or anti-social behaviour is not permitted.<\/li>
  2. Patrons are not permitted to use the facilities of the venue if they are affected by any illicit drugs, alcohol or medications which may make it unsafe for them to use the facilities.<\/li>
  3. No child under 10 years of age is permitted to enter the premises except where the child is supervised by a responsible adult aged 16 years or older. If unaccompanied by an adult a child may be refused entry at the discretion of Centre staff. Children under the age of 5 must swim within arm\u2019s reach of a responsible person aged 16 years or older.<\/li>
  4. The facility management promote a child safe environment. All patrons should adhere to the policy. If you would like more information, please contact the facility management team.<\/li>
  5. All facility participants must meet attire standards set by management in both gym and aquatic spaces. All culturally sensitive clothing is accepted.<\/li>
  6. The following items are Prohibited at Northcote Aquatic & Recreation Centre (NARC):
